Features

• From V-2900 series respirators , Class: P95 ,  Conform to NIOSH P95 standard
• These respirators are of cup shape design and have a double shell to provide high dust retention capacity
• Have superior micro-fine media technology which protects the user from reparable suspended particulate matter. The filters have a high dust holding capacity which do not get clogged thereby increasing the respirators life
• Fitted with Venus’s Stay cool butterfly vent valve with a special transparent valve cap, which provides superior breathing comfort by removing built up heat inside the mask and aides in easy communication
• Have NR D Anti clogging mark and  passed dolomite test and can resist clogging in very high dust environments
• These respirators have front pull adjustor mechanism with broad cotton elastic which gives superior fit and relieves strap pressure
• Have a strong aluminum nose clip to get customized fitting around the nose and avoid fogging of eyewear
• Headband sewn on the outside filter media to avoid puncture in the filter area and provide a leak-proof fit
• Include an activated carbon layer for absorption of nuisance level of obnoxious odour and vapour. Also have an outer flame retardant layer to protect against welding sparks
• Unique nose liner inside the mask to prevent leakage and provide a comfortable fit
• Have full foam seal to absorb perspiration and provide a comfortable fit

Applications/Solutions

P class of filters stand for oil-proof in NIOSH. These respirator filters can be used for protection against oil based particles, Nuisance Level of VOCs / acid gas and can be used for more than 1 work shift. Max use level 10 X OEL
